Our portfolio consists of designing and manufacturing products, celebrity-backed products, producing content that integrates these products and distributing the products in retail stores, Internet/social media platforms, and TV shopping networks.

We work with media production companies to create and produce product and original content. We create,  We market. We distribute. We brand. We put companies together. We rock and we roll.

Producing our own original content in the media arena allows us not only to generate revenue from content, but also to have substantial equity positions in every show and in the new talent the show may create; many times, “Reality” TV shows take ordinary people and transform them into new celebrities (The Housewives, The Voice, etc.) who can start creating a brand. Under our business model, every participant in the show will enter into a contractual agreement where we leverage the participants’ new popularity to promote and sell products.
